Refund & transfer policy

Tickets to Altss Florida events are non-refundable but transferable to another attendee at the same firm with Altss approval. The transferee is subject to the same curation review as the original attendee.

In the event Altss cancels or postpones the event, ticket payments will be refunded in full within 60 days of cancellation notice.
